Our Return Policy
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event items were ordered or shipped in error Myorthoshop.com, Inc. will pay all shipping costs.
Authorization must be made before returning any product by submitting your request HERE. Please provide both the original invoice number and the reason for the
return. Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation. Altered discontinued, or custom- made items are not returnable. You can return product
within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
